Future Voices is the Spirit of Enniskillen follow-up project, run exclusively by young people for young people engaging in dialogue on difficult and contentious issues - and learning from each other.
The group has an active membership of individuals from all backgrounds and traditions working in an open and participative environment where they explore their differences, challenge themselves, and work together for an open and inclusive society.
Future Voices was set up by young people for young people. The aim is to develop leadership skills in young adults; supporting their active participation in a diverse and pluralist society. The group was set up after young people from the Spirit of Enniskillen Explore programme, wished to stay and contribute to something positive in Northern Ireland.
